Terms of Service
Last updated
These terms are the agreement between you and Iancu Services (“we”, “us”) for using this website and what is sold on it: licensed tools and Nitro Claims. By creating an account or buying anything, you accept them. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.
1Your account
- You need an account for everything past the homepage. Use an email address you can read: it is how the account is verified and how a forgotten password is recovered.
- You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
- Keep your password to yourself - what is done with your account is your responsibility. If you think somebody else has been in it, change your password from the Account page, which signs out every other session.
2Buying and paying
Prices are shown on the purchase page in the currency stated there, and that is what the invoice charges. A coupon takes off what it shows at checkout.
Payment is made with one of the methods offered at checkout, through a third-party payment provider and usually on a page they host. Nothing is granted until the payment has fully settled; once it has, licences are issued and claim credits are added to your account automatically. If a payment does not settle in full, open a support ticket with the invoice number.
What is sold here is digital and is delivered as soon as it is paid for, so payments are not refunded once delivered, apart from claim credits, which go back on your balance as section 4 describes. If something is wrong with an order, open a ticket.
3Licensed tools
- A licence lets you use the tool it was issued for, for its duration, counted from the first time the tool is activated with it. A licence with no duration is a lifetime licence.
- Tools are offered for as long as we are able to offer them, and any tool can be discontinued at any time. Every licence - lifetime licences included - lasts only while its tool is offered, and ends when the tool does.
- A licence is bound to the hardware of the device it is first used on and works on a set number of devices, usually one. If you replace your hardware, ask support to reset it.
- A licence is yours alone. Do not share, sell or transfer keys, and do not crack, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute a tool or interfere with its licence check. If you do, we reserve the right to revoke the licence, which then stops working, to ban you from our services, or both.
- Tools are provided as they are, and change as updates are published in each tool's update log.
4Nitro Claims
- Claims are bought as credits. One credit pays for one successful Nitro gift claimed onto a Discord account you nominate. Credits stay on your account until you use them and do not expire.
- To use them you join the queue with the token of the Discord account to claim onto and choose how many credits to spend. One order covers one account.
- The queue works through one account at a time. Only a successful claim uses a credit: an attempt that comes back empty costs nothing and does not cost you your turn.
- We do not promise how long you will wait or which type of Nitro a claim will be. Both depend on the queue and on what comes up; the stats page shows the recent history.
- An order leaves the queue once it has received every claim it was set up for. You can leave earlier from the order's page. That cannot be undone, and the claims you have not received go back on your balance as credits.
- If your token stops working, update it from the order's page - it has to be the same account. If Discord rejects the token outright, the order is taken out of the queue and the claims it has not received go back on your balance. Staff can also take an order out of the queue, with the same return of credits.
- Credits belong to your account. They cannot be moved to another account or exchanged for money.
5Discord and your Discord account
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord. “Discord” and “Nitro” are Discord's trademarks.
A token is the key to a Discord account: whoever holds it can act as that account. Only give us the token of an account that is yours, or whose owner has allowed it. Claiming with a token is automated use of the account, which Discord's own terms may not allow, and Discord can restrict or close an account it finds used that way. You take that risk when you join the queue, and we are not responsible for what Discord does to an account.
We keep the token encrypted and use it only to claim for your order - the Privacy Policy says exactly how. Once your order is finished you can make the token useless by changing your Discord password, which signs that account out everywhere.
6Support
Support is through tickets in the dashboard, where staff can see your orders, invoices and licences to help with them. A ticket support has answered that gets no reply from you for 7 days may be closed automatically; reopen it from the dashboard to carry on. A ticket that is abusive may be closed.
7What you must not do
- Use the service for anything illegal or to harm somebody else.
- Pay with funds that are not yours, or try to get something without paying for it.
- Get around a limit the service sets - on devices, on the queue, on requests or on signing up.
- Attack, overload, probe or scrape the site, or reach anything that is not yours.
- Create accounts automatically, or open another one to get around a ban.
- Harass staff or other customers.
8Bans and deleting your account
We can ban an account that breaks these terms. A banned account cannot sign in and its licences stop working. When a reason was given, it is shown at sign-in.
You can ask for your account to be deleted by opening a ticket. Deleting is permanent: licences, unspent credits, orders, invoices and tickets go with the account.
9Availability and changes to the service
The service is provided as it is and as available. It can be down for maintenance, and the dashboard can be closed while that happens. We can change, add or withdraw products and prices; a change does not affect what you have already paid for, except that a licence lasts only as long as its tool is offered (section 3).
10Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or profit, or for anything Discord or another third party does. Our total liability for anything to do with an order is limited to what you paid for it.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and using the service after that means you accept the new version.
12Contact
Open a ticket from Support in the dashboard. If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password to get back in first.
